It's been a while since I wrote to you. Far from me the idea of not doing it anymore but the enthusiasm for my work sometimes makes me lose track of time. So here I am again, tapping on my keyboard to tell you about an account that I have been following for a while now and behind which is a person who has become a precious friend.
When we follow or notice accounts that catch our eye, we tend to forget that the Instagrammers behind them may only live a few kilometers from us, in “real” life. This is precisely the case for Prisca, author of the account @notrejoyeuxbazar .
I venture to say “author” as her account reflects for me all the richness of the novel of a life. It all starts with the renovation of the farm where they live. A real little cocoon whose evolution can be seen both in its posts and in its featured stories. Prisca gives her little reno tips, her decor choices, her purchases found here and there in flea markets or elsewhere, which she doesn't hesitate to fix up afterwards. I defy anyone not to fall in love, as I did, with this atypical house with subtle industrial touches where seductive touches of Terra Cotta and stunning decorative choices nestle. (And… you know my love for Terra Cotta!)

The rest of Prisca's account is also and above all her own little world, and finally theirs – with her husband Jérôme, hence the “ourjoyeuxbazaar”. And in this little world, we find, on the podium of cuteness, tied, Cody, his cat and his children, Gabin and Adèle. His toddler duo inspired me to create two creations that bear the name, you can discover them here and there ! Faithful to this idea of sharing her good tips, Prisca shares all the little tips, purchases and gift ideas related to this winning triptych of cuteness!
A meeting made to last
But beyond that, what I like about Prisca's account is that it is truly a reflection of the person she is and whom I had the chance to meet. As you may have understood, we are not neighbors but almost! She did not hesitate to bring me into her little world which she gently reveals to her subscribers. From this meeting was already born a first competition that we revealed to you on the occasion of Valentine's Day... and other lovely moments but which we also keep carefully for ourselves. Well, not always, since if you follow my stories, you will often notice little shared snacks or little outings with our little families, like during our getaway to Longchamp. (I also recommend the racecourse as a family )
When I reread my first lines, I have a hard time telling myself that ultimately, it's a “Bazaar” on this account. But then where does this word come from? And this choice of account name? @Prisca, if you read this little article, don't hesitate to comment on this little question!...
